The Geann VB200 Hose Bobb Vacuum Breaker is designed to prevent the contamination of potable water by backsiphonage from exterior hose connections. Back-siphonage can result in negative line pressure and reversal flow in the water line supply. The Geann VB200 is crafted from high-strength engineering plastic, offering an economical alternative to the high cost of brass for eliminating the possibility of backsiphonage and protecting potable water from contamination. The Geann VB200 is made in high-strength reinforced construction and meets ASSE1011 and NSF372 standards, which are certified and listed by IAPMO.

Last-for-Long Venting Embrance System

The most critcial function of Vacuum Breaker is provide anti-siphonage to reduce the reverse pressure in pipe greatly. It prevents the dirty water to pollute the potable drinking water from the siphonage which may occured somewhere in the plumbing system. Geann designed the Lat-for-Long venting embrance structure for all our hose bibb vacuum breaker. With this venting embrance system, our vacuum breaker provides abundant flow rate for garden watering. Our design gives the smallest resisitance at downstream and venting the backflow immediately once shut-off the fauct.

Break-off Screw for Permanent Attachment

No worry about the vacuum breaker is being removed unauthorizedly or when garden hose was removed accidently. Geann hose bibb vacuum breaker equipped the break-off screw for permanent attachment which prevents the hose bibb being removed accidently when the garden hose is removed.
